The reset button. Use it once, then let the balm keep up.
If your heels have years of build-up on them, a nightly balm is working uphill. A peel clears the backlog in one go — then the Overnight Heel Balm keeps the new skin soft instead of letting it harden again.
That's the whole reason this exists as an add-on and not a standalone routine. One peel, then maintenance. Peeling every few weeks is not a plan.
How it works
You wear the pre-soaked booties for the time on the pack, rinse, and then wait. Nothing happens for several days. Around day 4 to 7 the outer layer of hardened skin starts lifting away on its own, and it keeps going for about a week. It looks dramatic. That's normal, and it's the point.
How to use it
- Wash your feet. Soaking them first for 10–15 minutes helps.
- Put on the booties, secure them, and leave them on for the time stated on the pack.
- Remove, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry.
- Wait. Peeling usually starts around day 4–7.
- Do not pull, pick or scrape the peeling skin. Let it come away on its own. Pulling takes live skin with it.
- Once peeling has finished, start nightly balm to keep the new skin soft.
Timing matters
Don't do this the week of a holiday, a wedding, or sandal season starting. Peeling is visible and it's messy — wear socks around the house. Give it two full weeks before you want your feet to look their best.
