How to use them
Apply Dermastep Overnight Heel Balm to clean, dry feet.
Pull the socks on immediately, before the balm has a chance to transfer.
Sleep in them.
Remove in the morning and rinse your feet.

Wash after every two or three uses. Urea balm builds up in the fabric over time and a clean sock grips better and stays put through the night.
